The Residences at The Dallas EDITION make a bold architectural statement—sculpted from their surroundings, elevated above the city, and anchored by the land. Set on high ground and immersed in parkland, the tower rises from a natural corridor where the Katy Trail meets Turtle Creek and Reverchon Park, drawing energy and serenity from its green threshold.
The building’s façade echoes the geology of the site and the play of light along the creek below. Subtle shifts in material and plane express its vertical rhythm, while angled glass panels capture and refract the legendary Texas light, transforming the tower into an organic surface that evolves with the sky.
As a deliberate addition to Dallas’ skyline, it reflects the city’s global ambitions while forming a recognizable presence for generations to come.
